What do you do

when the people you love don't love you

When the people you respect don't have the same for you at all

And could care less if you stumble and fall

What do you do

When the people you adore don't care about you

When the people you would sacrifice anything for

Just brush you away and practically ignore

Tell me what to do

To make them understand

That I care for them

I respect them

I adore them

I love them

Until they realize the strength of my feelings
